Coach Vidin re-signs with Enea Zastal BC

Oliver Vidin stays at Enea Zastal BC Zielona Góra. The Serbian coach has signed a new three-year contract with our club.

- Trainer Oliver Vidin fits perfectly into our concept. His whole coaching career is working with players who are just on the rise and working with clubs where he had to do something extraordinary with young and ambitious players - says Janusz Jasiński, chairman of the supervisory board of Grono SSA.

Signing a three-year contract is part of the club's long-term strategy.

- We are introducing a three-year plan in the club. This applies to both basketball players and the training staff. We want to invest players that we will be able to "build" in Zielona Góra. They are to determine the strength of our team, this especially applies to the Polish squad. We want to use our many years of experience on the national and European stage - adds Jasiński.

After many years, Piotr Pigla, a strenght and conditiong trainer and a physiotherapist, says goodbye to our club. We already know the personal details of his successor. It will be Oskar Małecki-Owczarek, who last season worked at Enea Basketa Poznań. Oskar also performs this function in the Polish national team of 3x3 women up to the years U17 / U18. He is also on the headquarters of the Paralympians swimming team.

Jakub Lewadowski will remain in the training staff, combining the duties of the second assistant and the team manager.
